About Us
Corporate History:
Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. (ECI) was established in September of 1999 by Robb Johnson, PE (Executive Vice President) and Shane McFadden, PE (President). ECI services public and heavy industrial clients in the Midwest and Western United States and are further defined in the Past Projects and Current Projects section of this website.
In addition to Mr. Johnson and Mr. McFadden, ECI has a strong and experienced board made up of seasoned civil construction professionals. The board members include Mr. V. Paul Moltz, founder of ASI-RCC of Buena Vista, Colorado and Moltz Constructors of Cody, Wyoming, and Mr. Dan McFadden, co-founder of Frontier-Kemper Constructors of Evansville, Indiana. Mr. Moltz and Mr. McFadden give ECI a wealth of experience and resources far beyond its age.
